With over 20 years experience in the food industry in his native Sicily and also in the Sydney restaurant scene Giuseppe is a bubbly host who makes you feel like you are in Sicily. Etna is a Traditional family run restaurant where Maria (Giuseppe's mother) is the chef bringing you the flavours of their native Catania a town at the bottom of mount Etna. Maria learned to cook in the kitchens of various eateries in the city of Catania and moved to Sydney with her family nearly 20 years ago to enter Sydney's restaurant scene and working in several restaurants in the inner west. Francesco is the pizzaiolo from Naples who brings you the authentic Neapoletan pizza. Francesco has just arrived from Italy to bring his expertise at Etna. Etna brings the flavours of Southern Italy to West Ryde.
